To Whom it May concern, I used to work for Lazaro Diaz the so called Jeweler,before he was located in Soho, he contaminated Chicago with his Desceptive because important people seem to like him, although I found him most of all dishonest, unkind, unpleasant presence, conniving manipulating, thieving,He left without paying his bill of nearly $15,000 which he was able too do, due because of a net thirty account. Not only me tho all those years ago but his small crew of laborers too were not paid but I must be the voice for all , and here I post this is my true and sworn statement.

Although he offered me, at a time his idea that he was going to New York, I lived in Chicago and was not ready to move away then. I am not the one who should have had to pay for his move, regardless the point is, I had a girlfriend and a child on the way in Chicago and Lazaro Diaz left town and did not pay his bills and that included the entire Christmas production at that time, net 30 days and so I still refuse to let this go regardless of the time passed as he hid well for many years.

He did not pay me for services rendered and thinks that it is all right not to pay people who might find it difficult to get back their money due to the fact he made himself unavailable for most of the years it would have been possible to legally sue him for payment of 1000's of metal cast objects delivered, with no payment recieved, I am writing this because he has tainted my family and stole outright from me and when it is all said and done has cost me what amounts not less ,my very family due too the untold stresses of the loss of that money but the late bills incured and other financial burdens, yet ,their he is Lazaro Diaz what a big man, he can't even pay his debts.
